Suya Pepper (Yaji)
What it is: Suya pepper is a mixed spice with strong peanut and peppery notes. It is most commonly used as a dry rub, leaving meat juicy and tender, with mild heat and a nutty taste.
Ingredients: Roasted peanut powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne pepper, Grains of Selim (Uda), Calabash nutmeg (Ehuru), Ginger, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chili Powder, and Chicken Bouillon

What Else You Need To Know: Our suya pepper is the perfect accompaniment to anything you cook, especially meats and vegetables. It's also a great addition to soups and sauces.
For best results,
- Rub over meat or poultry, marinate overnight, and grill or bake at 400F.
- Drizzle vegetables of your choice (we love broccolini, carrots, and asparagus especially) with olive oil, sprinkle suya pepper and coarse salt over them, and bake for 20 mins at 400 degrees.
