Rub over meat or poultry, marinate overnight, and grill or bake at 400F.
Drizzle vegetables of your choice (we love broccolini, carrots, and asparagus especially) with olive oil, sprinkle suya pepper and coarse salt over them, and bake for 20 mins at 400 degrees.
